High Court Committee (HCC) recommends sale of goods held by
Metkore Alloys and Namdhari Group |
Hon’ble Bombay High Court orders dated 5th and 19th May 2015 pertain to the sale of ferrochrome and paddy stocks respectively, wherein recommendation to sell the stock of Metkore Ferrochrome to SAIL and sale of paddy stocks with Namdhari Foods have been approved. The proceeds of these sales will be credited to NSEL’s escrow accounts which will benefit trading clients. The NSEL Recovery team pursued the matter and appeared before the vacation bench for a speedy disposal.
The above mentioned orders of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court have been passed after considering recommendations of HCC comprising of Retd. Justice VC Daga and eminent solicitors and Chartered Accountants to ascertain defaulters’ dues.
