STATUS IN HCC:
- In December 2014, Shree Radhey Trading Co did not allow entry to the NSEL recovery team, EOW-Mumbai team and a forensic auditor, when they had visited its Shree Krishna Cold Storage at Saharanpur (U.P) as per the High Court Committee order. As a result, a stock audit could not be conducted
- In January 2015, the NSEL recovery team, EOW-Mumbai team and a forensic auditor once again went to Saharanpur (U.P) to audit the stocks as per the High Court Committee order. However, when they reached the warehouse along with the local Police, the warehouse owner Mr Pravin Arora obstructed their entry. Thereafter, NSEL gained entry into the warehouse after it obtained an order from the Hon. Bombay High Court to break-open the seal of the warehouse.
- In the latest HCC proceedings, Committee is in process of doing reconciliation of accounts. Shree Radhey is yet to submit the pending documents for the same

ATTACHMENT OF BANK ACCOUNTS:
MPID Court on March 4, 2016 has made absolute the accounts attached by EOW and has directed CA to transfer the balance from the attached accounts to CA account. Transfer of the same is pending.

STOCK / ASSET SALE:
As per the undertaking submitted by Mr Ramesh Nagpal in his bail application, Shree Radhey Trading Co will lift red chilly and black pepper worth Rs 25 lakhs per quarter. MPID Court has directed Shree Radhey to deposit the amount in the CA account.

- In March 2016, Sunny Nagpal, son of Ramesh Nagpal conspired to hijack the local supply of Dainik Jagran newspaper in Saharanpur (U.P) as the publication had reported the news of Ramesh Nagpal's arrest
- In March 2016, a false complaint filed by Shree Radhey against two NSEL employees for robbery turned out to be bogus.
